August 6th 20073PEA International, a payment solutions company, announced it has signed a three-year agreement with Monterey County Bank (MCB) for card issuance sponsorship and has commenced issuance of more than 3.6 million prepaid debit cards that have been added to the 3PEA card management system.

FTC accepts Rite Aid, Jean Coutu Group agreement
June 18th 2007The FTC has accepted, subject to final approval, an Agreement Containing Consent Order with Rite Aid Corp. and the Jean Coutu Group. The agreement is designed to remedy the likely anticompetitive effects arising from Rite Aid's proposed acquisition of the Brooks and Eckerd retail pharmacies from Jean Coutu.
CVS suspends pharmacy tech involved in child's death in 2006
