Should DUR be outsourced offshore to cut costs?

Telecommunications companies can now scan and transmit clinical information for professional review offshore as a way to cut the costs of doing business. Prescriptions are already being scanned into large systems and drug utilization review (DUR) is transmitted between multistate operations. Should your company pursue offshore clinical review?
