The Pharmacy Partnership for Tobacco Cessation has launched a CE program designed to teach pharmacists how to apply evidence-based methods to motivate, educate, and assist consumers in their efforts to quit using tobacco. The multipronged initiative includes the upcoming launch of an official Web site and the publication of a series of scientific articles that focus on cessation of tobacco use. The CE will be offered via a Speaker's Bureau to regional and state pharmacy organizations across the United States.
