Pharmacists can help prevent stroke in patients with AF
The Stroke Report is a research initiative that focuses on the use of anticoagulant therapy in the clinical management of persons with AF. Unfortunately, data in The Stroke Report indicates that many patients who could benefit from anticoagulant therapy are not receiving it.
