Pharmacists were rated the best at healthcare customer service, according to a survey of 7,479 consumers by BIGresearch, a market intelligence firm. Two-thirds of those surveyed think pharmacists provide a good or excellent level of customer service.

Pharmacists were rated the best at healthcare customer service, according to a survey of 7,479 consumers by BIGresearch, a market intelligence firm. Two-thirds of those surveyed think pharmacists provide a good or excellent level of customer service. Dentists (62%) were second and doctors (56%) came in third. Respondents also want healthcare personnel to brush up on people skills, consider the patient's time, and lower costs.
