- PolySorb ProForm. Spenco Medical Corporation will release a new insole in June: The PolySorb ProForm will add comfort to tight-fitting shoes with a low-profile thinsole designed to fit any shoe. Many popular new running-shoe styles either do not come with insoles or have insoles that cannot be removed. Unlike all other PolySorb products, this insole is not meant to replace an existing insole - its function is to provide stability and support in shoes that typically do not have room for an insole. The ProForm has been designed to fit every shoe in the closet, including casual and dress footwear and even cleats. (http://www.spenco.com/blog/?p=242)
MyKidz Iron 10
- MyKidz Iron 10. Tris Pharma Inc. has relaunched the MyKidz Iron product line, including the reintroduction of MyKidz Iron 10, offering a higher dose of elemental iron typically used to treat iron deficiency/iron deficiency anemia. The company notes that iron deficiency, which has long-term health implications, is a common problem among children that often goes undetected. A single dose of MyKidz Iron10 provides supplemental iron for infants and toddlers deficient in iron. Each 1.5-mL dose contains 15 mg of elemental iron; dosing should be determined by a pediatric health provider based on the child’s degree of iron deficiency and weight. The MyKidz Iron formula is taste-neutral, eliminating the typical strong metallic taste, and reduces the staining of teeth associated with iron. (http://www.mykidziron.com/productMyKidzIron10.cfm)
