The National Association of Chain Drug Stores Foundation has announced the inaugural class of their Faculty Scholars Program.
The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Foundation recently announced the inaugural class of their Faculty Scholars Program.
The program is designed to educate junior faculty at U.S. schools and colleges of pharmacy about effective and meaningful community pharmacy-based patient care research, according to NACDS.
These faculty members will also receive a program grant to support a significant community pharmacy research project. The members will choose a research mentor and small working group at their own school, as well as have opportunities to meet leaders in community healthcare and education through the program, to provide insight and feedback on their research project.
