Latebreakers: CCRx tops for customer satisfaction

MemberHealth’s CCRx was rated the top MedicarePart D prescription drug plan for customer satisfaction,according to a survey from Wilson Health Information.The 2007 WilsonRx Survey Report evaluated the topplans across the 32 markets and was based on responsesfrom a sample of 4,646 Part D participants, drawn froma national survey of 11,541 Medicare enrollees.

It is thelargest study of its kind. The survey participants reportedon plan features including premiums, cost, and coverageof current drugs, coverage of drugs that may beneeded in the future, access to preferred pharmacy, andtrust in the company. Dollar limits and perception ofoverall savings with Part D were also measured. Thestudy’s margin of error is plus or minus 1.4%.
