HealthTrans, Performance Script Network get union contract
Duane Reade and HealthTrans have announced that Duane Reade?s Performance Script Network has been awarded a two-year contract to provide prescription drug benefit services to the members of a retail, wholesale, and department store union.
Duane Reade, a drugstore chain in metropolitan New York, and HealthTrans, a national PBM, announced that effective Aug. 1, Duane Reade's Performance Script Network has been awarded a two-year contract to provide prescription drug benefit services to the members of Local 338 RWDSU/UFCW, a retail, wholesale, and department store union. Duane Reade and HealthTrans formed a partnership in 2005 to create the Duane Reade Performance Script Network (PSN). HealthTrans provides employers, third-party administrators, brokers, consultants, managed care organizations, and other payers with tools to manage pharmacy benefit programs.
