As part of the program, pharmacy owners will be offered in-store promotional materials, email templates, social media content and automated post management, TV and radio production and placement, community outreach, and public relations.
“Health Mart pharmacies excel at local, personalized service. However, many owners don’t have the time, resources or experience to effectively communicate their offerings and unique strengths,” said Steve Courtman, Health Mart’s president. “Defining their presence in the marketplace demands a balanced marketing effort that successfully blends Health Mart’s advantages as a national pharmacy network with the individual store’s specific services.”
Health Mart will offer owners matching funds for the new marketing tools. Additionally, it will make available local marketing coordinators to help owners use the marketing hub.
“Access to the local marketing support program is just one of the many benefits our franchise owners can access by being a part of the Health Mart network,” Courtman said. “As a franchise, we are constantly offering new and upgraded products and services to help our owners succeed in this increasingly competitive market.”
