At the recent McKesson ideaShare 2014 meeting in Orlando, Health Mart introduced four new courses designed to help its independent pharmacies market their services.

 At the recent McKesson ideaShare 2014 meeting in Orlando, Health Mart introduced four new courses designed to help its independent pharmacies market their services.

“Health Mart is dedicated to help level the playing field for independent pharmacies while fueling their growth by giving our members solutions and support in two key areas: improving adherence and patient outcomes to gain access to networks, and attracting more patients to the stores with marketing and prescriber outreach,” said Steve Courtman, Health Mart’s president. “This is about giving Health Mart owners the flexibility to run their business their way, and to help them and their patients save time and money.”

The new courses are Pharmacy quality measures: Know your numbers; Marketing ideaExchange; Beyond knowing your numbers: Action steps to drive quality performance improvement; and patient shift: Google, mobile and digital platforms and their effect on your customers.
