GlaxoSmithKline will continue to offer its patient assistance program to the elderly and disabled who qualify for but are not enrolled in Medicare Part D. Glaxo will also ask the HHS Inspector General for an opinion on the firm's proposal to provide patient assistance to Part D enrollees.
