The Kogenate FS with Bio-Set Free Trial Program will allow enrollees to receive up to six free infusions of the product delivered to their home or location of choice. Kogenate FS with a Bio-Set (Antihemophilic Factor [recombinant], Formulated with Sucrose) is a recombinant factor VIII treatment indicated for the treatment of hemophilia A that provides a needleless reconstitution system. The freebies include a Practice Kit to teach patients and caregivers how to use the system as well as an Experience Kit, which introduces support programs and services.
