A recent survey by Medimix International of 400 physicians and pharmacists in the U.S. and Europe asked respondents what print publications and Web sites they read and/or visit on a regular basis, either for personal or professional reasons. Medimix International is a provider of advanced marketing research solutions for the healthcare industry worldwide. Drug Topics is the most-read publication by U.S. pharmacists. Other publications most often listed are Pharmacist's Letter, Pharmacy Times, U.S. Pharmacist, and the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy. The Web sites or on-line periodicals most visited by U.S. pharmacists surveyed are WebMD, Drug Topics, Pharmacist's Letter, ASHP.com, and Yahoo news.
