A nationwide recall of griseofulvin oral suspension 125 mg/5 ml
A nationwide recall of griseofulvin oral suspension 125 mg/5 ml (Grifulvin, Ortho-McNeil) has been instated following two reports of glass fragments found in bottles of the liquid formulation. In addition, griseofulvin oral suspension, manufactured by Ortho-McNeil but with a Patriot Pharmaceuticals L.L.C. label, is also affected.
